Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products for their business and home. We want to make sure they are happy with all of the products we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, except moss walls and art. All sales are final on moss walls and art. If the products are damaged because of shipping please contact us within 5 days of receiving the products through email or by phone.
If you (the customer) decide that you no longer want the item...ship it back to our warehouse (at your own cost) and we'll process a full refund upon receipt of the item along with the cost of postage. There is no return or restocking fees.
Note: make sure to insure the package so that if the item arrives back to us damaged you will have recourse with UPS/FedEx/USPS. In the event that you do not insure the shipment and it does arrive to us damaged, we will process a partial refund depending on the cost of the item less the cost of repairing it to salable condition.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
WHAT TO DO IF PRODUCT IS DAMAGED
If the product is damaged in any way, DO NOT REFUSE THE PRODUCT. It is best to receive the product and follow the steps below in returning it. Refusing product by the customer does not recuse the customer of re-deliver or return shipping costs.
If damage did occur during transit, any and all damage must be noted on the Delivery Receipt in detail and signed by the driver. A copy of the Delivery Receipt will need to be faxed, emailed or snail mailed to Gardening on Walls will order a damage claim to be filed with the trucking company, on our customers behalf, in order for replacement product to be sent to the customer.
To report the damage of Gardening on Walls products the following are required:
1. Photos of the box prior to opening.
2. Detailed photos of the damages to the box.
3. Detailed photos and/or videos of damages to the product.
Please understand that claims cannot be accepted without all of the above.

When possible, please photograph the damaged product on the truck and off the truck for evidence that will assist with a product damage claim. Damaged product must be held in the customer's possession up 2 to months. The shipping company has the right to inspect and/or claim the product if a damage claim is filed and/or paid by them.
Once orders have been placed, processed and payment is approved, products ship via common carrier freight, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise specified.
Gardening on Walls usually ships in-stock products within 1-4 business days. Custom and special order products typically have longer lead times. Confirm product production lead times with Gardening on Walls customer service or sales representatives at the time of order or on our web site.
Gardening on Walls will email the contact person listed on the billing address of each order after the product ships. This email will contain shipping information, including the shipping or trucking company name, phone number and shipment tracking number.
Online orders with freight delivery that are marked as "Delivery to Residential" or "Non Loading Dock Business" will have a lift gate and delivery appointment added to the order. Deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no person is present, unless otherwise requested.
Business deliveries with a loading dock and no need for a delivery appointment are asked to list the receiving party on the shipping address of the order and to contact the trucking company directly to coordinate delivery date and time if needed by the customer. The receiving party is required to meet the truck at the time of delivery to avoid redelivery charges. Its the responsibility of the receiving party to become informed in order to know when the truck is coming.
For all business deliveries via freight truck, the trucking company will assume your business is open and staffed to receive deliveries Monday through Friday during normal business hours. For business delivery appointments, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the trucking company and arrange a delivery appointment if needed and not already arranged at the time of order.
